This Pickup Policy describes the procedure to pickup a purchase made from shop.jdredhouse.com. Orders are generally fulfilled within (30) minutes of being placed. Simply place an order online, choose a pickup time, and an in-store associate will gather your order. Orders must be placed at least 2 hours before store closing, to be picked up the same day.
IN-STORE PICKUP
Bring your order number to the register to pick up your order. Your order will be brought to the register or, if you prefer, we can carry it out to your vehicle. Please DO NOT park in our hay barn, as it can cause congestion.
CURBSIDE PICKUP
Park in our parking lot located on Main street at the South end of our building. Call the store at 707-459-1214. Give us your order number, vehicle location, and vehicle description. Your order will be brought to you in a timely manner. Please DO NOT park in our hay barn, as it can cause congestion.
