GloryBee Hive Body Unassembled Supers
Also known as a "deep super" or "brood chamber", we recommend to use these 10 frame wooden boxes as the lower stories of the hive.
It is in these boxes that your queen will lay her eggs and where the nurse bees will raise the young brood. These are also the boxes where your bees will store honey and pollen for them to feed on throughout the different seasons.
They hold 10 frames and measure 16-1/2" wide, 9-5/8" tall and 20" long. Cut from commercial grade Ponderosa pine, they are lightweight and easy to assemble (instructions included). Nails, frames and foundation are not included but can be ordered separately.
Use 9-1/8" frames and 8-1/2" foundation with this size of box.
