Modesto Milling Organic Senior Horse Food is designed to be highly digestible and palatable, ideal for the needs of your senior horse. Its low starch content is great for horses who need the nutrition of a concentrate but who don’t need the calories that starch creates. Organic alfalfa meal is highly digestible and this feed is formulated to support gastrointestinal health. This formula also includes a small amount of oats to increase its palatability, encouraging your older best friend to clean up his meals.

FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS:
Recommended feeding rate 0.4 – 1.0 lbs. per 100 lbs. body weight per day with forage. For senior horses with chewing problems it is recommended to feed wetted as a mash. Do not feed more than 5.0 lbs at a single feeding. Provide fresh, clean water at all times.
