QUEST® PLUS (moxidectin/praziquantel) Gel is the only Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved dewormers on the market that treat and control encysted small strongyles, bots and roundworms in a single dose. QUEST PLUS offers the same effectiveness as QUEST, but also treats and controls tapeworms, an important annual treatment in late fall.

QUEST PLUS Gel is approved for the treatment and control of large strongyles (Strongylus vulgaris, S. edentatus, Triodontophorus brevicauda, T. serratus); small strongyles (Cyathostomum spp., Cylicocyclus spp., Cylicostephanus spp., Gyalocophalus capitatus); encysted cyathostomes; Ascarids (Parascaris equorum); pinworms (Oxyuris equi); hairworms (Trichostrongylus axei); largemouth stomach worms (Habronema muscae); horse stomach bots (Gasterophilus intestinals, G. nasailis) and tapeworms (Anoplocephala perfoliata).

Zoetis Quest Plus Gel (Single Dose)
QUEST PLUS Gel is specially formulated as a palatable gel which is easily administered to horses and ponies. QUEST PLUS Gel is packaged in ready-to-use SURE-DIAL® syringes. The syringe is calibrated in 50-pound increments, up to 1250 pounds. This enables the administration of the recommended dose level by choosing a setting consistent with the animals weight.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION:
Do not use Quest Gel or QUEST PLUST Gel in foals less than 6 months of age or in sick, debilitated and underweight horses. Do not use in other animal species, as severe adverse reactions, including fatalities in dogs, may result.
